Reopen a Closed Ticket

You can reopen a ticket that has been closed by going to the Tickets admin screen. Click the “Closed” link at the top to view Closed tickets. Then, from this screen, you can reopen a ticket in either one of these ways:

  1. Hover over the ticket that you want to reopen. The action links will appear. Click “Open” under the ticket title.
  2. Click on the Ticket that you want to reopen. Then, on the Edit Ticket screen, click “Re-open” on the right side (in the Details meta box).
  3. Click on the Ticket that you want to reopen. Then, on the Edit Ticket screen, scroll to the bottom of the ticket. You’ll see a link to reopen the ticket.
