You can reopen a ticket that has been closed by going to the Tickets admin screen. Click the “Closed” link at the top to view Closed tickets. Then, from this screen, you can reopen a ticket in either one of these ways:
- Hover over the ticket that you want to reopen. The action links will appear. Click “Open” under the ticket title.
- Click on the Ticket that you want to reopen. Then, on the Edit Ticket screen, click “Re-open” on the right side (in the Details meta box).
- Click on the Ticket that you want to reopen. Then, on the Edit Ticket screen, scroll to the bottom of the ticket. You’ll see a link to reopen the ticket.
