Customers can close their tickets on the front end. Support agents can close tickets from the back end.
Agents can close a ticket in either one of these ways:
- You can close a ticket while replying to it. To do this, after you type a reply, click “Reply & Close” at the bottom.
- Or, you can click “Close” on the right side (in the Details meta box).
- Or, you can go to the Tickets admin screen. Hover over the ticket that you want to close. The action links will appear. Click “Close” under the ticket title.
