The plugin can handle single product support and multiple products support.
Enabling “Multiple Products” support will add a “Product” column to the tickets admin page so you know which product each support ticket is for.
If you disable the setting for “Multiple Products,” then Single Product support is assumed. Single Product support is for sites that sell only one product.
However, even sites that sell multiple products can use Single Product mode if you don’t want/care to have each ticket categorized by product. If your site sells multiple products and you disable the “Multiple Products” option, your tickets will simply not have a Product category, but everything else works as expected. Customers that own any product (or license key) will be eligible for support.
