EDD Support Tickets is a WordPress plugin that makes it extremely easy to offer a help desk to your Easy Digital Downloads customers.
EDD Support Tickets is a customer support ticketing system that allows only your Easy Digital Downloads customers to submit support requests.
You don’t have to worry about whether customers registered at checkout. If they made a purchase on your store, they’ll be given access to support whether or not they registered at checkout.
It has an option to allow support only for customers with a valid license key. (This option requires the EDD official Software Licensing extension.) If you enable the “Require license key” option, they’ll only be given access to the support form if their license key is not expired.
You can add your own custom fields to the support request form with hooks.
You can choose to have a separate support staff, or let your EDD Shop Workers and Shop Managers handle your tickets. Or, a combination of these (see the roles). Or, if you are a one-person shop, you can have all support tickets assigned to just one person.
Whatever your scenario is, EDD Support Tickets makes it simple to handle support tickets. At the same time, it’s a powerful gatekeeper to make sure only paying customers have access.

.zip file into your WordPress admin –> Plugins -> Add New page. Click Install Now, then click Activate Plugin.
