If you don’t have a username for WordPress.org, you will need to click “Log in” at the top right corner and create a new account. We realize this may be annoying, but the most efficient way for us to provide the best help is to have all support requests come through the support forum.

For faster support, please provide your Site Health Info when you contact support. You can find your Site Health Info on your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health.
