Get Support

To request support for ZodiacPress, please use the plugin’s official support forum.

If you don’t have a username for WordPress.org, you will need to click “Log in” at the top right corner and create a new account. We realize this may be annoying, but the most efficient way for us to provide the best help is to have all support requests come through the support forum.

Before requesting support, please do the Pre-Support Self-Check.

For faster support, please provide your Site Health Info when you contact support. You can find your Site Health Info on your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health. Click “Info” then click the button to copy the information, then paste it into your request for help. This information allows me to provide faster and more helpful support.

    I need your support. I have an issue in downloading the pdf file into the shopping cart. When buying an item made in pdf file, that should appear into the shopping cart to be download. But instead a warning appear as follow: “Sorry, please try again. The form you entered for your report order was not saved.”
    What can I do? thank you for your help.
